Most browsers these days support RSS, and there are Web-based solutions as well. Personally, I love Opera's built-in RSS reader. I couldn't live without it.

RSS Awareness Day
Given how infrequently I update this blog, I hope there's no one out there who actually types in http://www.cjas.org/~leng/lainspotting on a regular basis to see if there's anything new here. Instead, you should consider using RSS (for this blog and any other sites you want to keep track of).
